Business Development
Identifying opportunities, building relationships, generating prospects, and supporting revenue growth.
I find growth opportunities, build pipelines, and help businesses turn customer acquisition into a repeatable process. I work across business development, lead generation, market research, partnerships, marketing, and growth operations — combining commercial thinking with hands-on execution.
I work at the intersection of growth, business development, marketing, and operations.
Identifying opportunities, building relationships, generating prospects, and supporting revenue growth.
Finding the right companies and people, understanding their needs, qualifying opportunities, and building useful prospect intelligence.
Using digital campaigns, community engagement, content, and offline activations to attract and convert customers.
Building relationships with businesses, organizers, vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to create opportunities.
Turning repetitive growth activities into structured processes that are easier to execute, measure, and improve.
Exploring practical ways to use AI for research, qualification, analysis, documentation, and repetitive growth operations.

Alpha Global works around connecting European businesses with software development talent and support from Nigeria. My work focuses on helping build a stronger B2B pipeline through company research, lead qualification, business-signal analysis, decision-maker research, and outreach preparation.
A large market does not automatically create a good sales pipeline. The important question is: Which companies have a genuine reason to become prospects right now?
Identify the evidence behind an opportunity, separate high-fit prospects from unsupported ones, and give downstream business development enough intelligence to act intelligently.
AI is used as a research accelerator, not as a replacement for judgment. I use AI-assisted workflows for research, website analysis, signal extraction, summarization, lead scoring, and structured research outputs — while validating information before it enters the pipeline.
Identify relevant companies within the target market.
Find hiring, growth, expansion and demand indicators.
Assess size, relevance, need, decision-maker quality and fit.
Identify and verify relevant decision-makers.
Document evidence, risks and outreach angles.
Separate stronger opportunities from lower-fit prospects.
Event businesses need more than visibility. They need organizers, audiences, partnerships, and ultimately ticket sales and revenue. My role involved helping create those connections.
Growth doesn't happen in isolation. Marketing attracts attention, sales creates relationships, operations delivers the experience, and community keeps people engaged.
Enrollment growth requires understanding the market, the customer, the product, and the channels through which potential customers can be reached.
Before moving into Business Development Consultant work, I worked as a Marketing & Advertising Executive focused heavily on digital acquisition.
Event marketing taught me how to work with a very visible commercial objective: get the right people interested enough to actually show up.
That experience strengthened my understanding of audience behaviour, community building, promotion, partnerships, and execution.
My career didn't start in business development. It developed through different sides of customer acquisition.
I started by learning how to communicate with customers, understand their needs, handle objections, and convert conversations into sales.
I moved into generating demand through digital campaigns, content, audience targeting, and community engagement.
I began connecting marketing activity directly to attendance, ticket sales, partnerships, and commercial outcomes.
I moved further toward prospecting, partnerships, relationship development, and revenue opportunities.
My current work involves researching markets, identifying high-fit companies, analysing business signals, qualifying prospects, and supporting B2B pipeline development.
The next stage is understanding how AI and structured systems can make these processes faster, more scalable, and more repeatable.
I don't see growth as simply “doing more marketing.” I think about it as a system.
What is the business trying to achieve? Who is the customer? What problem are we solving?
Where are the opportunities? Who are the right prospects? What signals suggest there is a real need?
What process can consistently turn opportunities into conversations, customers, or partnerships?
Put the strategy into the real world. Test. Learn. Adjust.
Find what slows the process down. Remove unnecessary work. Improve what converts. Build a repeatable system.
Using AI to accelerate company research, extract relevant information, and organize prospect intelligence.
Structuring information around an ICP and using evidence to help determine whether an opportunity deserves attention.
Turning scattered information into structured insights that can support business decisions.
Identifying repetitive processes across sales and marketing and designing more efficient workflows.
Designing practical AI-assisted systems that can handle parts of a larger business process while keeping humans responsible for decisions that require judgment.
My goal isn't to replace the person doing the work. It's to make the person doing the work significantly more effective.
Developed my foundation in consultative selling, customer engagement, follow-up, and relationship management. Generated an average of 10 sales monthly and converted approximately 40% of prospect interactions into customers or qualified leads.
My background in Mathematics has influenced how I approach problems: break them down, identify patterns, work with evidence, and look for better ways to solve them.
I'm a Business Development & Growth professional based in Lagos, Nigeria.
My experience has taken me through marketing, advertising, events, customer acquisition, partnerships, sales, and B2B research.
What connects all of those experiences is a simple interest:
How do you get more of the right people to take the right action?
Sometimes that means building a campaign. Sometimes it means finding the right prospect. Sometimes it means developing a partnership. Sometimes it means fixing a process. And increasingly, I'm interested in how AI can help businesses do these things more efficiently.
I'm building toward a career where I can sit closer to the strategy, systems, and commercial decisions behind growth — while still understanding how to execute them.
Building and qualifying commercial opportunities.
Designing processes that make acquisition and sales more repeatable.
Finding the signals that identify real opportunities.
Applying AI to practical business workflows rather than treating it as a standalone technology.
